  1. Hello,

do you have any “inside the bowl” photos? Lots of outside photos on the internet, but none of what the bowl looks like, ie, water levels, configuration of trap, etc.

    thanks,

    Chris

  2. Expect a 3rd addition to our Neorest series line up this year. The currently names Neorest A type will sport several new featres such as a night light, UD remote control with optional docking station to play MP3’s, and a fully integrated look to conceal all plumbing supply rough-in detail. A full sized lid will conceal the seat in the coldes position enhancing the overall aesthetics…….It’s time to kick this off and get TOTO LTD’s (TOTO Japan)newest model converted to a street legal N. American version. Expect it 3rd qtr 2008. It woll be viewable to the public at the upcoming KBIS Industry show in Chicago this year. Oh, did I mention it will be an eco-friendly model equipped with a dual flush feature 1.6gpf standard mode and 1.1gpf light mode………..the TOTO toilet guru

  3. Please advise me on how to clean the toilet bowl. I know that it has a coating on it to help keep it clean. However, I need to know what products won’t hurt the finish. It needs to be cleaned. Please advise.

  4. Is it possible to buy a Toto toilet in the UK. I’d love the one that has a little button to make a flush sound if you need to hide any embarrassing noises.

  5. Hi Nancy,
I have the same question regarding what kind of cleaner to use for a Toto toilet with sanagloss. Did anyone respond to your question? I would appreciate knowing what product to use for our new toto toilet.
    Thanks Bob.

  6. can anyone tell me how to change a softseat cover on a nexus 794 toilet—it seems impossible to do w/o removing the entire toilet to get the screw & nut assembly. Thanks in advanceJR

  7. Hi,

I am in the process of choosing new toilets for the two baths in my home, the existing toilets in the home are 26″ deep and I am having trouble finding anyone that makes anything close to that. Do you make a 26″ or close to that dept? Also would like to go with a one piece toilet and I dont know if you make sinks for the bathroom and also shower basins and tubs.

    Thanks,

  8. on a two mpiece TOTO toilet what type of seal is between the two pieces? If I remove the tank, will I need to replace the seal?

  9. Adron,

If you want close to 26 inch deep, go for a round rather than elongated bowl.
